Troubleshooting Login Issues
Occasionally players run into small hiccups when accessing their account. Here are the most common situations and how to resolve them quickly.
Forgot Password
Tap the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login screen. Enter your registered phone number and follow the SMS verification steps to set a new password. The process takes about 90 seconds.
Account Temporarily Locked
Multiple failed login attempts trigger a temporary lock for security. Wait a few minutes, then try again with the correct credentials. If the issue persists, contact the 12bd support team who are available 24/7.
Page Not Loading Properly
Clear your browser cache or try opening 12bd.onl in a private/incognito window. Most loading issues resolve this way. Make sure your internet connection is stable — a 4G or Wi-Fi connection is recommended for the best experience.
Play Responsibly with 12bd
12bd is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you ever feel that betting is affecting your finances or well-being, use the account limits and self-exclusion tools available in your settings.
Betting should always be entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems. Set a budget before each session and stick to it. For more information, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
