5. Bonuses, Free Spins & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless the specific promotion page states otherwise, the following general rules apply:

• The standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before a withdrawal can be processed).
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after issuance. Any unmet wagering requirement at expiry results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12bd platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all pending withdrawals and balances subject to review and potential forfeiture:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system errors, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) regulations applicable in Bangladesh.
• Colluding with other players to influence bet outcomes, share account credentials, or pool resources across multiple registered accounts.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including submitting forged or altered identity documents.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 12bd customer support staff or other members of the platform community.

12bd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required. Any suspected fraudulent activity will be referred to the appropriate authorities in Bangladesh without prior notice to the account holder.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 12bd platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, text, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of 12bd or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international copyright treaties.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or transmit any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 12bd. Unauthorised use of any 12bd trademark or branded material may constitute an infringement and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, revenue, or goodwill. This limitation applies whether such damages are claimed on the basis of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

While we strive to maintain 99% uptime, temporary outages may occur during scheduled maintenance windows or due to events outside our control. In such cases, any bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned.
